Tatyana sees, believes and invests in the potential of people.

She worked in B lab Africa and supported the organisations through the B Corp Certification  Process, the engagement and growth of the B Corp Community and most importantly, she led the B Leader training programme. 

Her past experience has been in property and assets management and consultation. She has also worked extensively in the development space working on projects like gender lens investing, programs supporting youth to access career opportunities, training and consultation for companies and individuals that want to be more sustainable and impactful.

Tatyana is a professional with experience in organisational strategy, people and culture and sustainability and impact. 

She believes that it takes the transformation and impact of one individual at a time, it’s a journey, a long one and a fulfilling one.
