Shiva has always been attracted to companies with a social purpose, so it was no surprise that he wanted to become a B Leader. He has previously worked for the NHS in the UK and is currently the Deputy B Corp Manager for Footprints Africa. In his role, he enjoys the daily challenge of helping businesses adopt future friendly practices and improve their social impact. He also has a passion for mental health and is developing a platform that tackles male mental issues.
