Sherifa’s professional experience include working in the agricultural sector with Ghana Cocoa Board and in the talent recruitment and management world.

She currently works with Footprints Africa as a Programme Associate on their B Corp programme where she coordinates communication between programme team and the companies, as well as business management experts. She also leads the tracking of programme impact, supports planning and execution of programme activities, among others.

Concurrently, Sherifa is the CEO of Afra Skincare, a company that produces organic black soap and body creams for a great skin.

Sherifa is skilled in communications and project management, pays attention to details, has a knack to see work through to completion, and possesses strong organizational abilities. She loves to work in teams where individuals strive for a positive impact on others. She also appreciates feedback and regards it as a great springboard for her personal and professional development.
