Natasha Straker

Natasha is particularly passionate about the dynamic interrelationship between human vitality and positive environmental change. She’s a systems-thinker that values ‘warm data’, dynamic interrelationships and the wisdom of both spirituality and ecology. She feels most alive when facilitating creative strategy and co-design workshops for new programming, project pilots and theory of change processes that aim to move us towards more just, regenerative and interconnected futures.

After obtaining a first class degree in Human Geography, Natasha went on to support an advocacy-facing NGO in Myanmar in its growth and impact. On returning to the UK she completed a competitive Supply Chain Graduates training scheme with a leading FTSE 30 FMCG corporation and went on to set up the new sustainability function and associated strategy, global partnerships, ethical processes, ESG baselines, policies etc. She has been with the UN WFP in the East Africa region since 2019 managing a multitude of projects and partnerships that aim to transform the sustainability of food systems and co-designing the approach to measure systems level impact. She currently acts as a freelance sustainability/organisational-change consultant and thought-leadership partner. She is accredited in Social Innovation Management, responsible procurement and as a SA8000 Lead Ethical Auditor and D&I trainer.

Natasha is particularly interested in supporting people and organisations alike to evolve in a way which values collective intelligence and the ever-changing dynamics of complex problems manifesting within living systems. As part of this, she helps people to reconnect with their bodies and interbeing through sensory-awakening practices that feed the right side of the brain: @giveascrap, hatha-yoga, self-inquiry meditation and working with clay (@earthyplates)!
