As the Founder and CEO of Think Opal Solutions, Harliet provided strategic leadership to support social enterprises across East Africa. She designed and implemented programs focused on healthcare, education, technology, clean energy, sustainable agriculture, and more. Her efforts helped numerous social enterprises develop sustainable business plans, enhance their market presence, and measure their impact effectively. Harliet also established key partnerships and collaborations, fostering a supportive ecosystem for social entrepreneurship.

In her previous roles, Harliet excelled as Territory Manager for Innovior Africa Group, Head of Marketing, Sales, and Business Development at Tsavo City Limited, and Business Development Manager at Marketing Africa Limited. She crafted and executed innovative marketing and sales strategies, built strong client relationships, and led high-performance teams to exceed targets and drive growth.

Harliet holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations & Marketing from Daystar University and a Diploma in Professional Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
