Susan Njoroge is committed to working with individuals and organisations towards responsible business thinking and practice for sustainable development.

Her company, Responsible Business Consulting (RBC), provides independent consulting services to propel and embed sustainability and effective corporate communications for responsible business success and sustainable development.  

In addition to being a B Leader, Susan is a Fellow with the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) and also works closely with the CISL Africa Programme expanding CISL’s impact on the African continent. Additionally, she is an adjunct Executive Fellow, Strathmore Business School, Kenya and a trainer with weESG on sustainability.

Prior to consulting, Susan has worked in Africa, Asia and Europe with global companies DHL, Unilever, and Standard Chartered Bank delivering their sustainability and corporate communications agendas. She also worked with CSR Europe, Europe’s largest corporate sustainability membership network.
