Janet is an International Trade & Sustainability practitioner with over seventeen years of professional experience obtained through working for major pan-African Financial Institution (FI) and Consulting on Trade & Investment . Previously, Janet worked for organizations such as Ecobank, Stanbic and other international consulting firms before setting up a purpose-consultancy focused on transforming business as a force for good.  As the Founder & CEO of ImpactDev Africa, she leads the organization in building sustainable businesses, supporting the implementation of sustainable development goals and the management and implementation of trade and economic development projects in Africa.

Janet  is also a B-Leader, passionate about the emerging narrative of purpose-driven businesses and  accelerating impact investing & sustainable business growth and consults to the public, private and non-profit sectors. Through the B COP platform , she leads organisations towards sustainability and providing impact measurement and management services leading up to obtaining the B-COP certification .

Janet is an accredited International Trade Specialist (ITS), holds an MSc in International Trade & Finance from the London Metropolitan University and MBA-Finance from Newport University. She serves on two impact driven non-for profit organizations .
