The result of an inclusive global consultation, the Sustainable Development Goals (also known as the Global Goals, or SDGs for short) are a collection of 17 interconnected goals that were agreed to by 193 United Nations member states in 2015. They serve as a blueprint to build a better world for people and our planet by 2030.

You need:
- A good understanding of your business and internal operations;
- Reliable internet connection; and
- 45 minutes to go through the SDG Action Manager.
Is there an application fee for the challenge?
There is no application or registration fees.
Which type of organizations are eligible to participate?
Businesses/for-profit entities of all sizes in Africa are eligible to participate.
