Donate to support the next stage of the B Corp movement

B Lab East Africa_White

When it comes to helping people and the planet, the power is in the hands of businesses all over the world. The way they operate affects us all.

That’s where the B Corp Movement comes in. From Danone to Ben & Jerry’s, there are B Corporations everywhere, proving that it’s possible to balance profit and purpose and harness the power of business to solve some of the world’s most pressing problems – but it won’t work unless we all work together.

6 of the world’s 10 fastest growing economies are in Africa, where the B Corp Movement is just beginning, yet African-owned businesses are continually underfunded and their workers are living on as little as $2 a day. That’s why we need your help to raise $200,000 so that we can continue operating, to build sustainable businesses and give them the credibility they need to be considered for future funding.

Our fundraising campaign is starting on 5th July 2021. Donate to help us reduce poverty and inequality in Africa for good!

FOUNDER, OWNER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR OF WREN DESIGNS

Since registration as a Certified B Corp, we have been exposed to many more partnerships and funding opportunities. We have also developed mainframe policies that are aimed at curbing gender and disability inequality, and almost equalized the gender disparity that existed before.

B Corp has opened many doors for us in regards to marketing as well as social media. When we tell a retailer or consumer that we are a B Corp company, they automatically know that we are meeting certain standards in order to make business better and we have found that it allows us to change even more lives by opening up these opportunities
